As a design leader, I’m passionate about delivering digital experiences that offer meaningful value for customers and businesses. I focus on understanding behaviours rather than opinions, driven by a deep curiosity about the ‘how’ and ‘why’ behind human actions.
I work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of their goals, challenges, and priorities. I lead cross-functional teams through the full design process—from research and insight gathering to mapping current experiences, identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and validating ideas through prototyping and testing.
I’m committed to building strong, capable teams and fostering a collaborative, supportive environment. Through mentoring and coaching, I help designers develop their skills, confidence, and strategic thinking, enabling them to grow and contribute more effectively.
Alongside this, I also support organisations in strengthening their design capability by championing user-centred practices, embedding design into ways of working, and helping establish scalable, sustainable design foundations. My focus is on delivering thoughtful, effective products and services that meet user needs while creating measurable business value and long-term impact.
