About me
I’m about behaviours, not opinions and this drives my fascination with the ‘how’ and ‘why’ we do what we do. This fascination has led me naturally to focus on human-centric design.
Working collaboratively with product teams, business stakeholders, and most importantly end users, I understand the challenges each face and help deliver products with real customer and business value.
Taking a holistic approach to each project, I lead multi-functional teams of designers to create the 'As-Is' Journey Maps and Service Blueprints, identifying user pain-points and business opportunities, all the way through to supporting the Product Designers in crafting concepts and building prototypes to validate with customers.
